Ipsos India Launches Personalized 'Connected Communities'
Ipsos India has launched a service called 'Connected Communities', providing specific clients with access to a group of consumers recruited to conduct multiple research projects on their behalf, including studies for exploration, ideation and optimisation.
Ipsos India is creating communities for clients across the FMCG, consumer durables, automotive, financial services, food and beverage, telecom, and other sectors. The launch of Connected Communities aims to help clients understand the consumer while they are 'living the moment' and also track attitudes, experiences, and behavior over a period of time.
According to Maitreyi Mangrati, Country Service Line Leader (SIA) and Executive Director, Ipsos UU, communities will be customized for each client and for specific requirements, while enabling brands to interact with consumers in real time. Communities will have access to live chats, video sharing, blogs, discussions, diaries, opinion polls and surveys, through which individuals can provide 'in the moment' context to help the client understand consumer sentiment.
Vincy Jathanna, Country Service Line Leader, Observer, adds: 'The introduction of long-term communities will allow clients to run quick turnaround, high-frequency studies over a period of time consistently, by leveraging gamified rewards, brand testing, idea testing, and by collecting actionable qualitative and quantitative insights. Creating a community is easy, managing one requires a lot of effort. But, when done right, it can transform the speed and quality of actionable insights.'
