iQor Transfers Pennsylvania Contact Center to Allentown
In the US, CX tech solutions provider iQor has opened a new contact center in Allentown, PA, replacing its existing center in Bethlehem, PA. The firm says Allentown provides access to a larger pool of candidates.
iQor specializes in providing data-driven, tech-enabled BPO (business process outsourcing) customer support and processing, while its big data analytics engine QuantuMatch mines clients' data to help them understand and communicate with their customer base.
