Media Analyst Onclusive Names First CFO

London-based data science-led communications management and measurement company Onclusive has hired Matthew Piercy for the newly created role of Chief Financial Officer.

Earlier this year, software investor Symphony Technology Group completed its acquisition of Kantar's Reputation Intelligence business, while also buying media management software provider PRgloo and Onclusive. The three businesses have now been merged and are known as 'Onclusive'. Piercy (pictured) joins with more than 25 years' experience, including across mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Most recently he was Group Finance Director at software and services company Advanced, before which he was Chief Financial Officer for Unisys EMEA, and held senior roles at Oracle, Fujitsu and Liberata.
