CleverTap Names Global Chief of Consumer Experience
AI-powered customer lifecycle and user retention platform CleverTap has appointed Honey Bajaj as SVP & Global Chief of Consumer Experience.
Headquartered in Mountain View, California, CleverTap also has offices in Mumbai, Singapore and Dubai, and offers the 'Retention Cloud', which helps digital consumer brands to increase customer retention and lifetime value, including machine learning-based insights and automation to help brands with personalization.
Bajaj (pictured) joins after seven years at India-based conglomerate Tata Group, where she latterly served as Head of Design CX and Insights, developing market segmentation frameworks based on purchase behavior to drive product launches and go-to-market strategies. Prior to this she was a Research Assistant at MIT Media Lab; Lead Strategic Designer at BCG Digital Ventures; Senior UX Designer & Behavior Architect at FinalMile Consulting; and she worked for Microsoft Research as a User Interface Designer.
