Touchstone Shoppercentric Moves to Four-Day Week
Oxfordshire, UK-based brand, NPD, category and shopper consultancy Touchstone Shoppercentric is moving all its staff to a four-day working week - with full-time salary - from 6th June.
B2C and B2B researcher Touchstone was founded in 2002 by Jon Darby and Tim Baker, and acquired Shoppercentric sixteen years later. Shoppercentric was established in 2004 and provides research to help brand owners and retailers drive shopper marketing and retail strategies.
Explaining the change in working patterns, Jamie Rayner (pictured), MD of Shoppercentric, said: 'Our new four-day work week will be shaped by our existing team, so that we have a 'way of working' blueprint for any new joiner. Working from home or from an office is inconsequential to us. Ultimately, it's about the success and the service we give our clients. Driven and supported by a healthy, balanced and motivated team, we are more likely to be able to deliver the highest possible service and performance for you'.
