Sagacious Promotion for Smarty Pants

US agency Smarty Pants has promoted Christina Massey to the level of Senior Director, Research and Insights - known locally as 'Insights Sage' - after nine years at the company.

Massey (pictured) worked in insights at toy manufacturer Hasbro for three years and then as a Community Manager at Communispace before joining Smarty Pants in 2013. Initially a Manager, she has recently co-led one of the firm's business units. The firm says her 'intelligence, creativity and research excellence are inspiring, and her impact on its organization and client business has been profound'.
