Customer Experience Firm ISC-CX Expands to Brazil
Swiss/German in-store and omnichannel customer experience analysis specialist ISC-CX is opening an office in Brazil, to support LatAm businesses and brands.
Formerly focused on mystery shopping and known as International Service Check, the company rebranded in 2020 and now offers a wider range of services including real-time survey product Voice-2025; POS crowdsourcing app solution Simply Tasks; customised retail audits; and employee surveys - in addition to mystery shopping offers. The company's multilingual local teams are on the ground in more than 120 countries.
