MetrixLab Opens First Office in Africa
Digital research firm MetrixLab has opened its first office on the African continent, in Johannesburg, South Africa, appointing Nanzala Mwaura as Managing Director and Rentia Kraucamp as Research Director.
A part of Tokyo-based Macromill, MetrixLab helps clients with product innovation, brand engagement and the creation of customer value. The new office in South Africa joins other AMEA locations in China, Singapore, India, the UAE and Australia.
Mwaura joins after fourteen years at Ipsos, latterly as Chief Client Officer SSA, before which she led the Brand Health Tracking and Copy Testing practice. In her new role, she is joined by Kraucamp, who will direct local research operations. Kraucamp previously owned boutique agency Lucid Research and Insights Consultancy, before which she was Commercial Lead at GfK, and Director of Client Service - Customer Experience at Ipsos. She began her career as an Account Director at Ipsos Markinor before moving to Added Value as Project Director.
