Forrester Debuts Digital Business & Strategy Service
Forrester has launched a research service called Forrester Decisions for Digital Business & Strategy, to help users create and deliver 'businesswide' CX and drive customer retention and loyalty. The service will be available from August 2022.
The new service is designed to help digital execs create digital business strategies, improve end-to-end digital experiences, and design products and services that improve overall CX and, ultimately, drive revenue. Forrester Decisions for Digital Business & Strategy aims to help users develop their digital strategy, grow their digital team, and collect and analyze data for customer insights. It will also help users design and develop digital products and experiences and measure their value, through the use of emerging technologies.
