News International Planner Joins TNS Media
In the first senior appointment to its newly restructured team, TNS Media has recruited Neil Sharman, formerly Advertising Planning Manager at News International. As a Director, Sharman will head up one of three ad hoc teams working across a range of media sectors.
Sharman is an experienced presenter and writer on media research issues. At News International he has been running a strategic planning team responsible for developing advertising business across both offline titles and online brands.
