The European chapter of the worldwide Mystery Shopping Providers Association is hosting a conference on 'Understanding and Valuing Mystery Shopping' in Paris in September.
French tourist authorities together with Euro Disney, the Accor casino group and Air France will be discussing the use of mystery shoppers to improve the service offered to their customers. Paris tourist establishments have long had a reputation for abrupt and surly service but the efforts of management to improve service levels are less well known.Mystery shopping experts from the US, Asia and throughout Europe will gather in the Hotel Le Meridien, Paris between 15th and 17th September. New members from Croatia, Hungary and Lithuania will be joining existing MSPA members, evidence of the increased focus on customer service in developing economies.
