OpinionRoute Adds Anti-Fraud Tool ResponseID
In the US, insights process management firm OpinionRoute has launched an in-survey fraud and quality assessment tool called ResponseID - the third product in its ID Suite collection of data 'quality-as-a-service' solutions for market research companies.
OpinionRoute delivers a proprietary operating system designed to help market researchers prioritize data quality and project management workflow. Its ID Suite of products aim to minimize risk and fraud during the process of data collection, and the company says these products are compatible with any survey tool. The suite includes CleanID, for pre-survey fraud mitigation, and ValidID, for respondent authentication - both supported by an integrated console that provides subscribers with real-time analytics by project or source.
The new ResponseID solution adapts to question type, evaluates responses individually and in context, and provides a scoring system to enable researchers to take action. Offered as a standalone solution, or as part of a bundle of data quality tools, it can be integrated via a direct API; by using it as a self-serve tool; or both.
