Behavioural Architects Names New Quant Research Director
In the UK, behavioural science consultancy The Behavioural Architects (TBA) has appointed economist Ashwini Natraj as Director of Quantitative Research.
TBA, which was launched in 2011 and has offices in London, New York, Shanghai, and Sydney, uses behavioural economics and behavioural sciences to help companies better understand and influence consumer behaviour. Natraj (pictured) joins after nearly eight years as an AD at policy and economics consultancy London Economics, designing and delivering customer and user research projects. Prior to this, she was an Economist at McKinsey-owned Vivid Economics, having gained her PhD Economics at the London School of Economics. In addition, she has consulted for the World Bank and led Enterprise Risk Management at Infosys Technologies in India.
In her new role, Natraj is tasked with building and developing the company's behavioural science-led quant methodologies. She takes over from Tom Coombes, who is now a Research Director at full-service agency, Boxclever.
TBA co-founder Sian Davies comments on the appointment: 'We're delighted to welcome Ashwini to the growing TBA team. Through her PhD and extensive time in consulting, her knowledge of applied behavioural science is outstanding. I am excited to work with Ashwini and the rest of our growing team as we expand our quantitative offer.'
