Hearts & Science Names UK MD
In the UK, Omnicom-owned data-driven marketing agency network Hearts & Science has appointed Rachel Peace as Managing Director.
Launched in the US in 2016, Hearts & Science helps clients with personalized digital marketing, through a combination of CRM and addressable channels, along with real-time insights and targeting. Headquartered in New York, the business currently has twenty-four offices in fifteen countries. Pearce (pictured) joins with more than twenty years' media agency experience, the most recent eight spent at MediaCom as Managing Partner, as well as Head of UK Media for The Pharm, WPP's dedicated consulting agency for the Walgreens Boots Alliance. She was previously Group Client Director at Carat, having begun her career at Walker Media (now Blue 449/Spark Foundry).
In her new role, Peace will report to UK CEO Garrett O'Reilly, who comments: 'Rachel makes another excellent addition to the Hearts family, bringing with her the enthusiasm, skills and experience to help us deliver more and grow further.
