Toluna Moves Lelièvre to New Chief People Officer Role
In the US, consumer insights provider Toluna has moved Chief Operating Officer Mathilde Lelièvre to its newly created role of Chief People Officer.
Toluna is the holding company of Harris Interactive Europe and KuRunData. Lelièvre (pictured) joined in 2005 as a VP of Operations, responsible for managing Toluna's Client Services team, and before her promotion to COO, served as EVP of Global Digital Operations. She began her career as Promotion and Communication Manager at the French Centre for Research on Contemporary China, before joining Ciao Surveys as a Project Manager.
As Chief People Officer, Lelièvre will be responsible for evolving Toluna's strategy and vision for the HR delivery model, accelerating digital transformation of the function, and leading with a people-centric approach. She will be responsible for developing strategies for Toluna's 1,700+ employees across the globe, and says she is committed to making HR an agent of change that shapes the culture within the organization.
