New Funds for Customer Journey Specialist Raven360
In the US, customer journey understanding specialist Raven360 has raised $8m in a Series B round of funding, which it will use to promote the adoption of its solutions that enable marketers to align content with buying activity.
Raven360 is a 'Digital Academy' platform that provides learning environments to train users to understand how a client's product works. This enables those users to become product evaluators by associating relevant seller content with issues, while helping marketers develop and deploy buyer product research and journey content.
New funding has been led by new investors Technology Venture Partners and Allos Ventures, with participation from previous investors Nauta Capital and NXT Ventures. Raven360 will use this latest round to expand its sales and marketing resources and make go-to-market investments, as well as to enhance the platform's UX/UI, and integrate machine-learning and AI capabilities.
