TheoremOne Founder Named Chief Transformation Officer

Digital transformation specialist TheoremOne has announced that founder Will Jessup has moved into the newly created role of Chief Transformation Officer, while Yoav Cohen steps up to the position of President.

Acquired by Sir Martin Sorrell's ad and marketing services group S4 Capital in May, Los Angeles-based TheoremOne is an innovation and engineering company that advises clients on product strategy, engineering, design and culture, then partners with them to build and launch tech-driven solutions. Following the takeover, TheoremOne now has access to new capabilities in media, content, data and analytics, including S4 Capital's digital experience specialists Media.Monks.

Jessup set up TheoremOne in 2007 after co-founding a social media platform called KEVO, designed to house, track, collect and share intelligence about 'prominent people' around the world. In his new role, Jessup will drive all operations and functions, from Services and Operations to Client Experience and Finance, and CEO Brady Brim-DeForest says that TheoremOne's sister companies stand to 'benefit greatly' as Jessup brings his expertise to the broader S4 Capital ecosystem.

Cohen has more than twenty years' experience working with Fortune 500 companies and start-ups, leading teams that help enterprise organizations innovate. Brim-DeForest adds: 'There could not be a stronger leader than Yoav Cohen to lead services delivery for TheoremOne.
