Kynetec Hires CTO in Texas
Agriculture and animal health specialist Kynetec has appointed a CTO, Vadim Dolt, based in Dallas, Texas.
 The firm focuses on analytics and insights for animal health and nutrition, crop protection, farm machinery, seed/biotech and fertilisers, with teams located in 30 countries and clients in more than 80.
Dolt joins from global experience company and Genpact subsidiary Rightpoint where he has served as SVP of Technology and Managing Director for nearly four years, following five years in a VP and MD role. Previously he spent fourteen years in CTO roles at digital marketing agency imc2 and at the Reynolds and Reynolds Company. In this time he has received Webby Awards and the Apple innovation award.
In his new role Dolt is responsible for leading the global technology team, and defining and executing the tech solutions delivery plan.
