Mindshare Names India Head of Strategy & Insights
Global media agency network Mindshare has appointed former Kantar EVP Mausami Prasad as National Head of Strategy & Insights, based in Mumbai, India.
Mindshare's services include 'Audience Origin', which provides a combination of panel-based, digital and client data for audience understanding and activation; and Neurolab, which uses technology to measure non-conscious neurological responses to brand stories and media. In addition, the firm's Data Ethics Compass ensures both brand-safe and ethical use of data.
Prasad (pictured) joins after eight years at Kantar, where as Executive Vice President she provided consumer insights for a global account. Prior to this she worked for Colgate Palmolive India as Consumer Insights Manager; Pantaloon Retail India as Marketing Manager - Customer Insights; and IMRB International as Project Director, after beginning her career at Indica Research.
In her new role, Prasad will report to Amin Lakhani, CEO - Mindshare South Asia, who comments: 'We are glad to have someone as experienced as Mausami on our team. Her expertise will allow us to continue to support clients by crafting insight-driven approaches.
