Hansa and Qualtrics in Brand Health Partnership
Indian-owned consumer insights company Hansa Research has partnered with experience management platform Qualtrics, to help organizations monitor their brand health performance and build their brands in the country.
Hansa Research will combine its consulting and advisory services with consumer insights captured through the Qualtrics XM Platform. Resulting insights and capabilities will help organizations track their brand health, and understand how they compare to competitors, in real time and by key audience segments. In addition, the firms say that organizations will be able to conduct market research and brand tracking studies using structured and unstructured feedback 'in a fast and cost-effective way'.
Zoe Nicholson, Qualtrics' Head of Ecosystems Asia Pacific and Japan, says the partnership will help even more companies better understand how to serve their customers and prioritize brand and marketing investments. Praveen Nijhara, CEO Hansa Research, adds: 'Organizations across India are scaling up their efforts to improve their brand and consumer experience. The integration of our customer intelligence expertise with Qualtrics capabilities will provide unique solutions to clients, to aid in their marketing and business initiatives'.
