Return to Relish for Two Directors
In the UK, insight agency Relish has made three senior hires: Tamara M'Bazbaz joins as a quant-focused Insight Director, while Huw Williams and Gemma Baldwin both return to the company.
Williams left to join InSites Consulting three years ago, moved again to Blue Yonder and now rejoins Relish as Director of Strategy and Partnerships, focused on helping clients optimise recurring revenue / subscription-based models to win and retain customers.
Baldwin also re-joins from Blue Yonder, and takes the title of Insight Director. A Vice Chair of the AQR (Association of Qualitative Researchers), she is active in promoting insights as a career choice for younger people. Both Williams and Baldwin are based in Yorkshire.

M'Bazbaz worked as a Research Manager at Ipsos and then a Research Director at US firm Hotspex, each for around four years, before a stint of three years as Research Co-ordinator at football association UEFA ending in July 2014. Since then she has worked at agencies Sparkler, Way To Blue and The Planning Shop.
Late last year Bournemouth-based Amy Smyth, a qualitative Insight Director who specialises in CX, also re-joined the agency after four years away.
