Forsta Upgrades InterVu Online Groups Solution
Research and customer / employee experience technology provider Forsta has announced upgrades to its online focus group solution InterVu, integrating high quality video and audio for virtual experiences, enhancing sharing features, and adding quick polls and other features.
Formed last year through the merger of research software firms Confirmit and FocusVision, Forsta has already strengthened its qual offer this summer with the addition of an ethnography app, Digital Diaries, and the acquisition of crowdsourcing and innovation platform HelloIgnite.
Forsta InterVu now integrates Adobe Connect 12, allowing for high-resolution 1080p video and high-quality audio; allows for document, video and screen sharing; and provides real-time polls and a virtual backroom. The new version boasts an improved, browser-based interface allowing researchers to manage projects.
