Annalect Names UK Managing Director
Omnicom-owned data and analytics firm Annalect has named Marie Clayton UK Managing Director, and part of the firm's senior EMEA leadership team.
Annalect helps brands apply data and insights to media and creative executions. Clayton (pictured) was previously Managing Partner at Omnicom Media Group UK, where she led the Omni UK and OMG UK product, and oversaw the UK product roadmap. Before joining the group in 2020, she worked for Carat in London as Global Head of Research and Insight, having previously been the firm's APAC Head of Research and Insight, based in Singapore. Earlier, she was MD of PHD Singapore, Insight Director at Kadence International, and Insight and Strategy Manager at BBC Worldwide, having begun her career at TRBI.
In her new role, Clayton will be responsible for Annalect's strategic direction and for driving the performance of the Omni platform in the UK; and will report to EMEA CEO Jon Ghazi. OMG CEO UK Dan Clays says of the appointment: 'Marie has made an outstanding impact on our business since she joined us two and half years ago - leading the successful rollout of Omni in the UK and playing a highly influential role with clients enabling them to unlock the potential of our platform and applications'.
