Kantar Public Names First Chief People Officer
In the UK, specialist research, evidence and advisory business Kantar Public has appointed Zarina Ward as Chief People Officer, and as a member of the Global Management Board.
Kantar Public, which Kantar recently sold to pan-European private equity firm Trilantic Europe, provides services to government and the public realm, across all aspects of public policy. The business has fully staffed offices in 21 countries, from where it combines expertise in human understanding with advanced technologies and data science.
Ward (pictured), who has expertise in Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DE&I), joins from behavioural change specialist MindGym, where she latterly served as SVP, Human Resources, leading the firm's People Function. Before this, she led people and talent functions in management consulting firms including Oliver Wyman and EY, and she held recruitment positions at ROC, Haymarket Publishing, The Talent Group, and Axon.
In her new role, Ward will help ensure that the company is providing its team with the best possible opportunities to develop their professional skills.
