Australia's ACA Research Adds Five
Full service B2B research-focused Australian agency ACA Research has announced five new hires: Senior Account Managers Phil Newbold and Natasha Burnley; Account Manager Melissa Borg, Account Executive Paj Johnstone and Graduate Researcher Angus McLachlan.
Newbold joins from the UK with six years of experience with YouGov, IFF Research and the GravityLight Foundation, most recently working on bespoke research for public sector and Not For Profit clients. Burnley is a qualitative specialist and joins from Ecorys UK where she led research and evaluation studies across healthcare and public sector clients.
Borg is returning to Australia after two years spent working for Decision Point Research in Toronto: earlier she worked for four years for Ogilvy PR in Australia. Johnstone joins after just under three years at Lonergan Research.
McLachlan is the fourth graduate to join in the company's 2022 programme, with further activity already underway for 2023.
MD James Organ says the firm kept itself top of mind for client by developing a portfolio of new research during the pandemic and sharing it free of charge. He comments: 'Off the back of this activity, we are now seeing significant revenue growth, and hence have expanded our highly skilled team of specialist researchers with new talent... Phil, Natasha and Mel bring strong research experience from Australia and overseas, ensuring that we continue to challenge ourselves to deliver best-in-class research studies that enable our clients to solve complex business problems. Paj and Angus are both fantastic young researchers, and we look forward to seeing their development as they begin building their careers'.
