Max Diff, Video and Data Viz Upgrades for Suzy
New York-based end-to-end consumer insights platform Suzy has announced a number of product enhancements including the addition of video open-ends, Max Diff choice rankings, and an integrated data visualisation tool, Data Explorer.
Suzy was founded in 2018 by former Crowdtap CEO Matt Britton and has raised over $100 million in venture capital funding. The firm combines a wide range of research tools with an integrated consumer audience, allowing for continuous and iterative retargeting; and supports the entire product development cycle with qual and quant solutions from foundational research to shopper tracking.
The new video open ends allow the collection of in-the-moment, unmoderated video responses, while Data Explorer promises clients an easy way to manipulate, combine and analyze data efficiently through integrated data viz. Other recent additions to the Suzy Research Cloud include remote moderated focus groups, dynamic segmentation, and the integration of Global Audiences.
