ISG Buys OCM Business Change 4 Growth
In the US, tech research and advisory firm Information Services Group (ISG) has acquired organizational change management (OCM) business Change 4 Growth, for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2017 by Beth Thomas (pictured), Change 4 Growth offers change solutions and expertise to support large-scale business transformations involving people, process and technology. Its skill sets include workforce re-engineering, learning and development; culture alignment and engagement including performance management and employee engagement; and executive coaching and leadership development.
ISG estimates demand for OCM services will grow at a compound annual rate of more than 15% during the next five years, as companies continuously adjust to new technologies, new competitors, and 'ever-changing' market forces. The buy brings it a new platform solution called ATLAS, providing access to OCM templates and tools for greater efficiency in engagement work, and gives clients real-time visibility via dashboards into the progress and health of their business transformations.
Thomas has been named Partner and co-leader of the existing ISG Enterprise Change division. Michael Connors, Chairman and CEO of ISG, explains: 'The combination of Change 4 Growth and our existing ISG Enterprise Change business creates a global powerhouse in change management at a time when demand for such services is expected to grow significantly'.
