InSites Hires New HR Chief as Ashby Moves to ESG Role

Global online communities specialist InSites Consulting has appointed Els De Paepe as Chief People Officer (CPO). She succeeds former Join the Dots CEO Quentin Ashby, who has moved to the role of Global Head of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance).

InSites Consulting's team comprises more than 800 people in twenty offices globally. De Paepe joins in Ghent from insurance services provider Qover, where she served as CPO. Before this she was VP People at satellite communications tech business ST Engineering iDirect, and Senior Global HR Business Partner at tech company Barco, where she spent more than seventeen years in HR positions.

In her new role, De Paepe replaces Ashby, who joined InSites Consulting following its acquisiton of Join the Dots in 2019. She will lead the People & Culture team, while heading up the agency's People Office, comprising People & Culture, Office Experience, and IT Operations, working closely with Head of Office Experience Cathérine Tück, and Head of IT Operations Gunter Van de Velde. Her position will also include integrating new acquisitons and attracting, nurturing and retaining talent.
