TKW Buys Mystery Shopping Firm Retail Reality
In Australia, data collection agency TKW Research Group has acquired mystery shopping specialist Retail Reality, for an undisclosed sum.
Retail Reality has more than 7,000 evaluators/shoppers spread across Australia and New Zealand, and specialises in the franchising, retail, healthcare, education and financial services industries. Following takeover, the firm will join TKW's mystery shopping practice, which trades under the name of My CX.
