Lefranc Named Cint CFO
Long-time Kantar CFO Olivier Lefranc has joined automated insight-gathering and sample management platform Cint, as Chief Financial Officer, based in Paris.
Nasdaq Stockholm-listed Cint claims to have the world's largest consumer network for digital survey-based research, made up of more than 252 million respondents across more than 130 countries. In addition to Stockholm, the firm has offices in London, New York, Berlin, Singapore, Tokyo and Sydney.
Lefranc (pictured) joins with more than fifteen years' MR sector experience, including participation in 30 company acquisitions and integrations. Most recently he served as Group Mergers & Acquisitions Director at Ipsos, where he completed deals in the UK, Canada and New Zealand. Before this he spent thirteen years as CFO at Kantar Media, having earlier been Divisional Finance Director at TNS, and Country Finance Director at consumer panels and reputation intelligence firm SECODIP (which later became part of TNS).
In his new role, Lefranc replaces Joakim Andersson, who stepped down in May. Commenting on the appointment, CEO Tom Buelhmann said: 'We are thrilled to have Olivier join us and are confident that his extensive and impressive financial team management experience will allow him to generate tangible results as we continue our growth plans. As a proven leader in the industry, we cannot wait to witness the impact he will have on our company and on the industry'.
