Tellius Adds Data Unification Tool
In the US, decision intelligence platform Tellius has added new features to help enterprise users unify disparate datasets, and analyze siloed data.
The firm's platform combines machine learning with a search interface for ad hoc exploration of business data, allowing specialists and non-technical users to analyse billions of records in a few seconds. In October, the business raised $16m in a Series B funding round, which it is using to enhance its product, expand its go-to-market capabilities, and recruit for sales, marketing and product engineering functions.
Tellius has now added a solution called 'Multi-Business View Vizpads' (MBV Vizpads) to the platform, providing users with a single view of data across sources without needing to toggle through multiple dashboards. For instance, marketing teams could use MBV Vizpads to view Google Analytics site traffic alongside Salesforce data for an 'omni-view' of the journey - from visitor to prospect to customer, all in one place. This data can then be fed into Tellius' decision intelligence engine to uncover the 'what, why, and how'.
Other features include guided walkthroughs, in-app chat, and feedback support, designed to improve the onboarding and user experience, and help users gain value from insights faster. Chief Product Officer Hardik Chheda (pictured) comments: 'Multi-Business View Vizpads will empower business users to analyze insights across disconnected and disparate data models to unlock game-changing holistic decision-making. We will continue to invest in the entire user journey on our platform - with a core focus on user onboarding, supercharging our ad hoc analysis capabilities, and adding robust enterprise capabilities'.
