QuestionPro Hires North American CX Leader
Online survey, CX and EX software firm QuestionPro has appointed Marc Mandel as Vice President of North American Sales & Account Management, leading its Customer Experience Go-to-Market teams for the continent.
Mandel brings more than twenty years' experience in customer engagement, VoC and CX with senior roles at companies including Concentrix, Convergys, Customerville, MaritzCX and Clarabridge; and most recently he served as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at conversational AI specialist Uniphore. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Western New England University and a Certificate of Business Analytics from Babson College, and in 2021 was selected to serve on the North American Council of the Customer Experience Professionals Association.
