Cincinnati, Ohio-based insights and analytics firm Directions Inc. has promoted Elizabeth (Beth) Finn to Chief Client Officer, leading the account team and overseeing the firm's client relationships and engagements.
The company offers qual, quant and management consulting solutions via three brands - Directions, empathic researcher SEEK Company, and agri-food value chain intelligence firm Aimpoint Research. Between them these provide strategic intelligence across food, food service, agriculture, health and wellness, technology, financial services and CPG industries. In August last year Directions brought in former Cintas Corporation employee Stacey Wetterer in the new role of SVP - Talent Acquisition and Professional Development.
Finn has worked in the marketing and business insights industry for more than twenty years, and joined Directions six and a half years ago. A part of the company's ownership group, she is promoted from SVP leading the Travel & Hospitality Division and Shopper Practice, and serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Prior to joining the company she was a senior-level consultant and strategic partner at Kantar; and she holds a BS in business from Miami University.
In her new role she will lead Directions' client service, marketing and business intelligence functions and reports to CEO Jim Lane, who comments: 'I am thrilled to welcome Beth to the executive team of Directions Inc and look forward to her fresh perspective as we build on the strengths of our three-brand organization. Beth's client focus, leadership, talent, and drive to deliver value will be invaluable to our organization as we navigate our industry's future opportunities and challenges'. Finn herself adds: 'In our DNA, we've always been our clients' champion. I'm most excited about the opportunity to ensure our client-centric culture is at the forefront of our business to drive meaningful growth for our clients and create an amazing partnership experience'.
