Funds for Ambitious Cleartelligence
US firm Cleartelligence, which helps clients to solve complex business problems using data, has received an unspecified amount of growth capital from private equity firm Align Capital Partners (ACP), and says it will scale operations in the Americas, invest in strategic partnerships, and broaden its expertise.
Cleartelligence was founded in 2011 by Managing Partners Joe Marino, Ron Keler and Anil Bharadwa, who will remain significant investors and continue to lead the company. Headquartered in Newton, Massachusetts, it has plans to expand to 'several hundred consultants, predominantly in the US' over the next few years, via both organic growth and acquisition.
The firm taps strategic partnerships with tech platforms such as Snowflake, Tableau, Alteryx and Databricks to help clients in markets including life sciences and manufacturing with data management, visualization and other areas of digital transformation.
Marino comments: 'We were looking for an investment partner who shared our vision for the future and is well suited to help us accelerate the growth of Cleartelligence. Align Capital Partners has the relevant consulting service industry experience and track record that complements our go-forward strategy'.
