Long-Time BBC Children's Exec Joins Insights Family
In the UK, long-time BBC Children's exec Rachel Bardill has joined kids, teens, parents and family market intelligence provider The Insights Family, to lead its Marketing and Partnerships team. She is based in Manchester.
Bardill (pictured) joins after more than two decades at the BBC, where she latterly led on digital commissioning and impact strategy for BBC Children's pre-school and 7-12 franchises and brands. Earlier, as Executive Editor, she was in charge of the teams running digital content and products across BBC Children's, overseeing all digital development projects across web, apps, games and other areas. She was also Executive Editor of CBeebies products 'get creative', 'playtime island' and 'storytime'.
