Kantar Promotes Commercial and Sustainability Leaders
In Australia, Kantar has expanded its Commercial and Sustainability leadership teams with four senior appointments. Ryan France is increasing his brand strategy role to lead the company's Sustainability practice, while Kim Ruyten will implement the company's ESG capability.
Since launching a local Sustainable Transformation practice last year, Kantar says it has seen 'extraordinary growth' in sustainability work in Australia. France joined Kantar nineteen years ago from Roy Morgan Research, and for more than a decade has served as Executive Director. In his new role he will expand his remit to lead the local practice, along with Ruyten, who is Head of Strategic Projects, and has been with the firm for six years - most recently serving as Senior Director, Strategic Engagement. The pair will be supported by a multi-disciplinary Sustainability Council.
In addition, Olly Reid has been named Head of Business Development to drive commercial development, after sixteen years with the group - initially joining TNS in 2007 as a Managing Consultant, and more recently serving as Head of Client Development for Kantar in London. Jo Brockhurst has been promoted to Client Engagement Director, to support the sustainability needs of clients. She joined nearly three years ago as a Senior Director, having earlier worked for Nielsen as Commercial Director, Growth Strategy, Client Management Solutions Consultant.
Kantar Australia Chief Commercial Officer Jonathan Sinton says these appointments 'are testament to the strong growth trajectory of the business in Australia and the exciting capability developments that Kantar is developing that will be gamechangers for clients grappling with a turbulent economy'.
