Nature Adds to Senior Team in Sydney

Australia-based strategic insights consultancy Nature has appointed John Crowley as a Director in its Sydney office.

The firm also has offices in Melbourne, and offers a wide range of methodologies for segmentation, brand and communication, pricing, conjoint and customer value studies. Crowley (pictured) joins in Sydney with more than twenty years' insights experience. Most recently he spent five years at Fifth Dimension Research and Consulting, latterly as MD. Before this he worked for The Leading Edge as Head of Client Business, having begun his career as an RE at Network Research in London and then a Research Manager at GfK NOP. His experience includes both quant and qual research, developing marketing strategies and optimising customer experience for clients in the financial services, insurance, telecommunications and FMCG sectors.

In his new role as part of the senior leadership team, Crowley will report to Nature Sydney Partner and MD James Jayesuria, who comments: 'Since our opening in 2019, we've worked tirelessly to build an incredible team and John's appointment is testament to this.
