Glow Opens in the US, Hires and Promotes in Australia

Australian market research technology platform Glow has opened an office in the US, where Chrissy Brogan has been hired for the newly created role of Director of Market Development. The firm has also made appointments and promotions at its headquarters.

Glow delivers survey building tools, audience integrations and data analysis features, along with real-time access to millions of people across Asia Pacific through a partnership with Dynata, and has partnered with NielsenIQ to expand into North America. Last summer, the firm rolled out its ESG (environmental, social and governance) / sustainability brand tracker, the Social Responsibility Score (SRS), in the US and UK.

Brogan (pictured) joins the new US office from NielsenIQ (formerly Nielsen Global Connect), where she latterly served as Partner Development Manager, supporting the firm's Partner Network. Commenting on the opening of the new office, CEO Tim Glover said: 'As markets face continued economic headwinds in 2023, it is more important than ever for brands to ensure their products, services and marketing are aligned with customer needs. Our technology and service layer enables businesses to do that effectively and efficiently while maintaining control of their data and IP'.

At its Australian headquarters, the firm has appointed Simon Gibbard as SRS Sales Director, Otto Lee as a Research Consultant, Josh White as a Marketing Executive, and Michael Mehmet as a Senior Engineer. Several staff have also been promoted, with Derek Brown taking on the expanded position of Global Managing Director Sales & Operations; Oscar Mora named Managing Director Australia; and Michael Fegan stepping into the newly created role of Senior Vice President Global Sales.
