Dive Group Buys Polish Mystery Shopping Agency MRtec
Northern European mystery shopping and client feedback collection agency Dive Group has acquired MRtec, which provides mystery shopping services in Poland. Terms were not disclosed.
Founded in 2014 by Piotr Pszczolkowski, Warsaw-based MRtec's services include mystery shopping, store checks, and NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys, to determine the level of loyalty customers have for specific brands. It also uses proprietary technology known as CRsyst to provide a full management platform, with results visible in the form of charts and rankings.
Dive Group currently has offices in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and the Baltic States, as well as Poland, and is part of the STATCO holding group of data and research-related companies. As part of the deal, MRtec's MD Michał Stawski (pictured) will become Managing Director of Dive Poland.
