RealityMine Unveils Data Marketplace
Manchester, UK-based mobile data specialist RealityMine has launched a 'Data Marketplace', allowing clients to access digital behaviour data from real people via global, privacy-compliant datasets - including consumers' mobile search behaviour, web page visits, app usage, and ad and media exposure.
Established by Garry Partington and Rolfe Swinton in 2011 and led for the past five years by CEO Chris Havemann, RealityMine enables many of the world's largest market research and media organisations to monitor real life consumer behaviour on multiple devices, across all major platforms. Its RealityMeter technology can be deployed across Android, iOS and desktop platforms. The firm also has offices in London and Stockholm.
The Data Marketplace makes clickstream data with demographics available under licence, initially for countries accounting for more than 2.5bn of the world's population, including the US, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines and Malaysia. Foundation data vendors on the platform include Intage Inc., the largest marketing research company in Japan; Asia Pacific digital audience measurement and media consultancy AMPD Research / Media Partners Asia; and MFour Mobile Research, the home of US mobile app panel Surveys-On-The-Go as well as zero and first-party data suite MFour Studio.
Havemann says of the launch: 'We are excited to bring the RealityMine Data Marketplace to our customers. Clients can now access existing behavioural data generated via RealityMine's proprietary data capture and processing technology, leveraging existing third party panel deployments from our marketplace partners'.
