MWM2 Names New MD in Amsterdam
Netherlands-based full-service agency MWM2 has appointed former GfK and Nielsen exec Andy Hut as Managing Director, replacing Govert van den Bos who will now focus on growing the MWM2 group. The Group also includes PR agency Hibou, Crowdtech and Innervoice.
MWM2 focuses on research panels and communities, and uses its Crowdtech technology and consultancy offer to translates the client's voice into insights and improvement actions. T also offers a GenZ panel, which reaches younger target groups via WhatsApp.
Hut (pictured) joins after five years at GfK Netherlands, latterly as Country Director. Before this he spent thirteen years at Nielsen, latterly as Retailer Services Director, Benelux. He began his career as a Market Analyst at IRI, before holding marketing roles at Struik Foods Europe.
Commenting on the news, van den Bos said: 'After almost twenty years, it is time for new energy. I am very pleased that we have succeeded in welcoming a director with this class. Andy is a highly experienced leader who knows our industry incredibly well. I am confident that we will celebrate many successes together'.
