InMoment Adds DIY Reputation Management Features
In the US, customer intelligence platform InMoment has added self-serve reputation management capabilities to its Experience Improvement (XI) platform, following last year's acquisition of ReviewTrackers.
The company was formed from the merger of US firm Mindshare Technologies and Canadian firm Empathica, and offers the XI platform which analyzes and evaluates enterprise experience data and customer feedback. Last year it acquired customer review management software firm ReviewTrackers, and the result is a self-service reputation management solution, which can monitor and respond to reviews from hundreds of popular review sites and social media platforms.
The combination of the InMoment and ReviewTrackers technologies integrates social media review data and Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback, to provide a customer experience (CX) approach to improving experiences. This also enables teams to listen and respond to different types of experiences in the customer lifecycle.
Sandeep Garg (pictured), Chief Product Officer, comments: 'Many businesses and our competitors are using their technology to develop CX programmes that, to a great degree, focus on customer retention only. At InMoment, with our latest reputation management solution, organisations can leverage social and review feedback to help drive additional business value through not only customer retention, but acquisition'.
