Behaviorally Hires Former Nielsen France Leader
US-headquartered shopper and digital marketing consultancy Behaviorally has appointed long-time Nielsen exec Delphine Ferrazzi as a Consultant, based in its Paris office.
Behaviorally applies a digital-first approach to insights, a behavioral framework, AI technology and decades of category expertise to define and diagnose the factors that influence human behavior. Last year, the firm expanded to France, and appoined Damien Arrouas as VP Customer Success, leading the local team.
Ferrazzi (pictured) joins with more than 30 years of experience, from both client and research supplier sides. Most recently she was Head of Sales, Consumer and Analytics at NielsenIQ, before which she worked for The NPD Group as Country Manager for France. Earlier, she spent more than twelve years at Nielsen, latterly as BU (Business Unit) 'Performance Commerciale' Manager; and she worked for Danone Dairy in sales roles.
In her new role, Ferrazzi will work alongside Arrouas. Commenting on the appointment, Group President Crispin Beale said: 'Delphine is a fantastic addition to our team in France and will help support our strategic vision to help our customers own the most valuable moment in marketing, which is when a sales transaction takes place'.
