Norstat Germany Hires Qual Head
In Germany, European data collection company Norstat has appointed former Schlesinger Group exec Ivana Slukan as Head of Qualitative.
Norstat is owned by investment firm Triton, headquartered in Oslo, Norway and offers consumer surveys across eighteen European countries - methods include face-to-face and telephone interviews, mystery shopping and focus groups. In 2021 the company expanded its qualitative offering with the acquisitions of Swiss firm TestingTime, and Netherlands-based companies Respondenten and CG Research.
Slukan (pictured) joins after five years at data collection and research tech company Schlesinger Group (recently re-branded as Sago), most recently as Operations Director. She previously spent more than eleven years in project leadership roles at Schmiedl Marktforschung (which was acquired by Schlesinger in 2012).
In her new position, Slukan will manage local operations and lead the qualitative research method for Norstat Germany, whose MD, Sebastian Sorger, comments: 'In Germany, we see an increased demand from our clients for a provider that can offer data collection services based on qualitative research. I'm delighted that we are expanding our local offering to meet that demand, and having Ivana drive this strategic initiative forward, will strengthen our ability to scale and deliver in our local market'.
