GroupSolver Launches QuantQual Online Solution
In the US, MR survey platform GroupSolver has launched an online solution called QuantQual, combining qualitative and quantitative research in one process.
GroupSolver uses its own AI Open-End technology to 'humanize' the survey experience, enabling researchers to crowdsource and analyze qualitative data at scale. Last year it added a feature called Idea Pool Manager to its survey platform, allowing users to converse with consumers and then receive a digestible summary of the data in real time.
The firm says it new QuantQual solution is the first platform to enable users to 'truly understand' the voice of their customer and its direct impact on business metrics such as NPS or CSAT scores. QuantQual estimates the impact that open-ended answers, such as consumer perceptions and attitudes, have on quantitative performance, and identifies the most differentiating consumer feedback and its impact on a business.
CEO Rasto Ivanic (pictured) explains that the platform captures individual consumer voices in a conversational style survey and then dynamically adjusts the survey to further validate the key ideas crowdsourced by the consumers.
