Behaviorally Hires First Chief Product Officer in NYC
Shopper insights firm Behaviorally has hired Laura Drysdale as its first Chief Product Officer. She is based in London, but will operate globally, across the group
Behaviorally combines a proprietary behavioral framework with insights and category expertise to help clients understand motivations for consumer purchasing. Earlier this month, it extended its TransactionPath suite with the launch of two new services, ShelfPath and DecisionPath, designed to understand 'New Retail' consumers shopping seamlessly across physical, social and other digital channels.
Drysdale (pictured) joins from Zoopla Property Group, where as Head of Product (Consumer), she drove competitive differentiation through a new product called 'My Home', which targeted homeowner engagement and retention. Prior to this, she was the Head of Tech Consultancy (Product Innovation) at News UK, and she held leadership positions at The Sun Newspaper, News Australia, and Yahoo! Sydney.
CEO Alex Hunt comments: 'We are looking forward to having someone of Laura's caliber join the leadership team to spearhead our long-term product innovation strategy. In the future, clients will require superior, scalable and tech-enabled insights solutions for both the physical and digital shelf. Laura's brief is to help us meet this demand across an integrated product stack.'
The company, which in the past year has opened hubs around the world including in Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago, Dallas, Mexico City, Dubai, Bangkok, Manila, Manchester, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Melbourne, and Geneva, is online at: www.behaviorally.com .
