Norstat Netherlands Hires Massen as Head of Quant

European data collection and MR agency Norstat has appointed former InSites Consulting exec Kjell Massen as Head of Quantitative and Business Development in the Netherlands, starting this Friday.

Norstat, whose biggest clients are MR providers but which also works for consultancies, media / PR firms and end clients, entered the Dutch market in 2021 and created Norstat Netherlands through the acquisition of Respondenten.nl and CG Research. The merger of the two companies focused on qualitative recruitment, and Norstat Netherlands now builds on the group's capabilities and competencies to grow the quantitative business.

Massen (pictured) will join with nearly twenty years' experience, most recently gained at InSites Consulting (now Human8), where he served as Business Director. Before this he worked at multisensory researcher Haystack Consulting as Country Manager for the Netherlands; having earlier spent more than fourteen years at Ruigrok NetPal, latterly as a Senior Market Researcher and Partner.
