Funds for Conversation Data Specialist Dashbot

Tampa, Florida-based Dashbot, whose platform pulls in conversation data to clean, store and analyse, has raised $6 million in a Series A round of fundraising.

The round was led by Florida Funders and brings the company's total funding to date to $14m. Dashbot says it will use the money to help meet demand and continue the development of its product.

The company is led by CEO Andrew Hong and helps clients make use of and draw insights from a wide range of sources, from bot traffic data to social media comments, product reviews and service contact center transcripts.
