Kadence Hires Former FA Insight Leader
Global MR agency Kadence International has appointed former Football Association (FA) insight leader Harriet Jowett as Insights Director and Head of People and Culture. She is based in the UK.
Kadence has ten offices spanning Asia, the UK and the US. Jowett (pictured) joins after more than three years at the FA, where she latterly served as Acting Head of Behavioural Insights & Business Analytics, leading the Insight team. Before this she worked for consumer insight and brand strategy specialist Sparkler as an Associate Partner, and at FreshMinds as a Consultant.
In her new role, she will also work to promote the firm's core values internally, to strengthen company culture.
