Paradigm Sample Promotes Two for Senior Exec Team
US-based Paradigm Sample has promoted Adam Jolley to the role of President, while Steve Danziger moves up to the position of Senior Vice President of Paradigm Innovation Labs. Both are newly created roles.
Founded in 2009, Port Washington, NY-based Paradigm Sample offers access to millions of panelists, specializing in hard-to-reach populations across the world. Jolley joined in 2021 as EVP and General Manager for the Americas, having earlier worked for SurveyMonkey as Senior Key Account Executive. Before this he spent nearly thirteen years at online research sample provider EMI, latterly as President. In his new role, Jolley will continue to build and grow the Paradigm brand and client portfolio.
Danziger has been with the firm since 2014, latterly as Vice President of its Innovation Labs, which he helped launch in 2018. During his time with the firm, Danziger has led the development and rollout of the company's enterprise application, Paradigm Sample Digital Insights (PSDI), along with API integrations during the last two years.
Both Jolley and Danziger will continue to report to CEO Cyrus Deyhimi, who comments: 'What we have accomplished in the last two years in terms of doubling our revenue and digitally transforming our business has required focus and dedication.
